Guarantee

A general 2-year guarantee is provided on all TEMPUR Products. If you return the guarantee card, this can be extended to:
 
3 years for pillows
15 years for mattresses (pro rata*)
5 years for bed bases
 
The guarantee on the 3.5 cm overlay is 3 years.
 
The guarantee covers physical defects or changes that cause a visible indentation (more than 2 cm) in the TEMPUR Material.
 
The guarantee does not cover normal changes in hardness or properties that do not affect the pressure-relieving properties.
 
The guarantee is valid only if the TEMPUR Product is used and handled as described in these instructions for use.
 
If a claim is made under the guarantee, you must present an invoice or sales receipt as documentation of your purchase along with the returned warranty slip.
 
*Pro rata
0-5 years: Full guarantee
6-15 years: The guarantee is reduced by 1/10 per annum
