We’re so confident that the TEMPUR Mattress and Pillow will give you the best night’s sleep of your life, that we’re willing to let you try them, in your own home for a full 60-nights.*

Your trial period will commence from the date of delivery of the TEMPUR Mattress/Pillow.

We ask that you trial the TEMPUR Mattress for the full 60 nights. This will allow time for a true evaluation of the benefits. There can sometimes be an adjustment period when you begin to sleep on the mattress. Some people have experienced a feeling of stiffness after the first couple of nights. This is normal as the mattress is realigning your body to its natural sleeping position. That is why we recommend that you try your TEMPUR Mattress for full 60 nights.

Most Frequently Asked Questions about the 60-night trial through the website

Do I qualify for the 60 night trial?

You qualify for the 60-night trial through the website if you are able to make payment in full using a debit or credit card, if you are a resident at an address within mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland and all offshore islands) and providing you haven’t trialled one of our products before.

Which products can be ordered on the 60-night trial?

The 60-night trial is only available for our standard size mattresses and overlays. The 60-night trial also applies to our standard size pillows, but only if they are ordered and delivered with a standard size mattress or overlay. Our small products (including seat cushions, lumbar supports and travel pillows) and the DeLuxe Pillow are not offered on a 60-night trial. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How many products can be ordered on the 60-night trial?

Only one mattress or overlay can be trialled per household. If you have ordered a single size mattress (75cm, 80cm, 90cm) or any standard size overlay, you can also trial one of our standard size pillows. If you have ordered a double or larger standard size mattress (135cm, 150cm, 160cm, 180cm) you can trial two of our standard size pillows. Please note the DeLuxe Pillow is not available on the 60 night trial. If you order more products than stated above, our Direct Sales Team will be in contact with you to discuss your order.

We currently have an adjustable bed base with two mattresses, can I not trial two single size TEMPUR mattresses?

When/how do I pay for the products?

Full payment of the products including a delivery charge is payable prior to delivery. We will collect this payment from you when you place your order through the website with the 60-night trial. You can pay in full by the following methods: Visa/MasterCard/ Switch/ Delta/American Express/Electron/Solo/Maestro.

Are prices including or excluding VAT and Delivery Charge?

On the product pages of the website the product prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charge. In the shopping basket and check out section of the website the product prices are shown exclusive of VAT, the delivery charge is shown exclusive of VAT and the VAT is shown separately on the line below them. The total amount payable is inclusive of VAT.

How does the VAT exemption work?

If you qualify for a VAT exemption, you will need to complete an additional form available by clicking [here]. You must print the form, fill it out and send it to us. Please note that the initial payment will be taken inclusive of VAT. Only upon receipt of your completed form will a VAT credit be applied to your account and a refund will be issued within 30 days. The VAT exemption applies only to the VAT on the TEMPUR products and not to the VAT on the delivery charges.

Where can the products be delivered?

For security purposes we will only deliver products to the address which appears on your debit or credit card statement. If you want your product delivered to another address please contact our Direct Sales Team on 08000 111 083.

When will my products be delivered?

If you order products from our website we will send you an order confirmation by email. We will also send you an order acknowledgement by post which will state the details of your order and the estimated delivery date. Our delivery dates are subject to stock availability. On average our mattresses are delivered within a four week period. Pillows and small products on average will be delivered within two weeks.

If I don’t like the product, how do I get my money back?

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the products in any way and wish to cancel the agreement, you must contact a member of our Customer Service Team within the 60-night trial period on freephone 0800 616 135. We will then arrange for the products to be collected and refund your payment, less our delivery charge, which is not refundable.

Will the Mattress be Installed when it's delivered?

Yes, all our mattresses are delivered by two men so that they can carry it to your bedroom for you and place it onto your bed base for you.
